Superior Estate Renovation

We put the same effort and care into our renovation projects as we do for our high end new construction. Whether it be a complete bare bones rebuild, a room remodel, exterior refit or refurbishing your pool, we provide the plan and procedure that will insure you project is completed in the most cost effective and timely way.

Building a custom property is a team effort. We provide an organized, productive environment and process in which property owner, architect and designer can effectively communicate and work with our dedicated construction team. This insures that the project flows smoothly and is completed in the most efficient, cost effective way. Through open communication and strong oversight we are able to build homes with the highest degree of quality using the most talented craftsman, quality materials and the latest building techniques.

Customer Service is King

Customer service, constant communication, team work and transparency are key to the success of every project we do. All Coast Construction is unique in the industry in that we deliberately limit the number of projects we are involved in so that our president, project managers and superintendents can dedicate the full attention your property deserves.

The Process, Refined and Defined

In the pre-construction phase we review the original plans and conduct a comprehensive initial inspection of the property. Then we meet with the property owner and designer to establish budget, further value engineer the project and submit detailed control estimate using CSI codes. Upon approval, we create a comprehensive schedule, deconstruction and build plan. Next, we establish goals to fit the specific requirements of the project and any special needs of the property owner.

Keep The Job Site Organized, Clean and Safe

Upon plan approval we bring in our deconstruction specialists. Special care is taken during the demo phase to preserve those parts of the property that will be kept intact. We carefully isolate the areas to be deconstructed to protect adjacent structures. This is particularly important for owner occupied room remodels or exterior refacing to insure safety and protect occupied areas.

A New Lease on Life

Once the demo is complete and the waste is removed, we begin construction. We maintain strict oversight, use the finest craftsmen, materials and latest building techniques to insure the highest quality and best value for your build. At every stage of the process we conduct scheduled meetings for planning, reporting and documenting. Additionally, we continually review the control estimate with the designer and property owner to further value engineer the project. As always, we provide complete transparency and conduct progress billings showing where we are with the budget. Upon completion we conduct a walkthrough with the property owner and deliver maintenance manuals including equipment details and care instructions.

As an added service we offer custom preventative maintenance contracts through our Estate Maintenance Division.

Definition to CSI codes

CSI is a national association dedicated to creating standards and formats to improve construction documents and project delivery through better communication. The organization is unique in the industry because its members are a cross section of specifiers, architects, engineers, contractors and building materials suppliers. CSI provides these codes for the construction community to share definitions and increase understanding of the issues, terminology and documents that drive commercial construction.
